COMBI NF AIR AND WATER HEATER

The heater is a hot water and warm air integrated machine, which can provide domestic hot water while heating the occupants. This heater allows use during driving. This heater also has the function of using local electricity heating. In hot water warm air work mode, this heater can be used to heat both the room and the hot water. If only hot water is needed, please choose hot water working mode. When the ambient temperature is below 3°C, please empty the water in the water tank to prevent freezing of the water tank. There are three energy options to choose from:

- Gas Mode

Heater automatic adjust the power。

-Electrical Mode

Manually select the 900W or 1800W heating mode according to the power supply capacity of the RV camp.

-Hybrid Mode

When the power demand is low (for example, maintaining the room temperature stage), the electrical heating is preferred. Until the city electricity cannot meet, the gas heating is started, and the gas heating function is turned off first in the power adjustment phase. In hot water working mode，gas mode or electrical mode is used to heat the tank。The tank temperature can be set to 40°C or 60°C.

- Gas Mode

The heater operates at the lowest power. Stop heating immediately after reaching the set temperature.

-Electrical Mode

Manually select the 900W or 1800W heating mode according to the power supply capacity of the camp site.

Gas Connection

The heater operating pressure must be in compliance with a 30 Mbar liquefied gas supply. When the gas pipe is cut off, clean the port flash and burrs.The paving of the pipe must make the heater easy to disassemble for maintenance work. Use high-pressure air to purge internal debris before installing the gas pipe. The turning radius of the gas pipe is not less than R50, and it is recommended to use elbow pipe to pass the joint of right angle. 

The gas interface be truncated or bent. Before connecting to the heater, make sure that the gas line is free of dirt, shavings, etc. The gas system must comply with the technical, administrative, and legal regulations of the country. Anti-collision safety valve (optional) To ensure safety during driving, it is recommended to install a crash safety valve that must be installed after the liquefied gas tank regulator. when Impact, tilting, the anti-collision safety valve automatically cuts off the gas line.

Questions for Combi Heater in Diesel

1) Is it a copy of Truma?

It is similar to Truma. And it is our own technic for electronic programs

2)  Is the Combi heater compatible with Truma?
Some parts can be used in Truma, such as pipes, air outlet, hose clamps.heater house, fan impeller and so on.

3) In summer, can the NF Combi heater heat just water without heating the living area?

Yes.
Simply set the switch to summer mode and select 40 or 60 degrees Celsius water temperature. The heating system heats only water and the circulation fan does not run. Output in summer mode is 2 KW.

4) Does the kit include pipes?

Yes,
1 pc exhaust pipe
1 pc air intake pipe
2 pcs hot air pipes, every pipe is 4 meter.

5)  How long does it take to heat 10L of water for shower?
About 30 minutes

6) Working height of heater ? 

The current working altitude is 0-1500 meters. The high-altitude mode heater is under study, which can reach 5000 meters and is expected to be completed within 3 months.

7)  How to operate the high altitude mode?
Automatic operation without human operation

8)  Can it work on 24v? 
Yes, just need a voltage converter to adjust 24v to 12v.

9)  What is the working voltage range? 
DC10.5V-16V
High voltage is 200V-250V or 110V

10) Can it be controlled via a mobile app? 
So far we do not have it, and It is under development.

For Diesel heater:
If only use diesel, it is 4kw
If only use electricity, it is 2kw
Hybrid diesel and electricity can reach 6kw

For LPG/Gas heater:

If only use LPG/Gas, it is 6kw
